With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of psychiatry, you couldn’t be in safer and more talented hands when it comes to your mental healthcare. Our providers assist with many important psychiatric services, including medication therapy. Also, our medical director, Dr. Miranda R. Harris, is a double board certified psychiatrist who provides comprehensive supervision of all North Carolina clinical activities at our practice. Serving as supervisor and collaborating physician, Dr. Khoa D. Tran, a board certified psychiatrist, provides oversight for our Virginia based clinical services.

Phil Johns is a native of Roanoke, Virginia, who moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013. He has a passion for serving those with mental health conditions. His motto, "Your success is my success" drives his passion both as a psychiatric physician assistant and in his work as a health and wellness coach. When treating patients, Phil utilizes a holistic approach, noting that there are multiple areas to explore when treating mental health conditions. Phil has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including emergency centers, outpatient offices, inpatient behavioral centers, retirement centers, and substance abuse centers. Phil has a passion for teaching and serves as preceptor for two prestigious physician assistant programs based in North Carolina. Phil also holds clinical director titles with local behavioral health agencies to aid in clinical oversight and the expansion of mental health services community wide.
