Telehealth
Visit With Your Provider From the Comfort of Your Own Home!
Serenity Psychiatric & Counseling Services offers telehealth visits as a safe and convenient option for those seeking mental health treatment delivered in the comfort and safety of your own home. With telehealth, you may be able to attend appointments without needing transportation, taking time off work, or arranging for child care.
Prospective and established patients seeking psychotherapy services are able to schedule a telehealth session. New patients seeking medication management services will have their initial session in the office and then are evaluated to determine if telehealth sessions will be a permissible part of their ongoing treatment plan.
Ready to get started? For those who have a scheduled session with their clinician, you will need the following:
- A safe and private area free from distraction. Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure environment of your choosing within your home state.
- A webcam: You can have your appointment via your computer, smartphone, or internet-connected tablet.
- Your provider’s virtual waiting room: You may enter your clinician’s virtual waiting room by clicking the link beneath their name. Please save the link for future sessions.
- To ensure an optimal connection, please note that you can test your connection in advance of your session by clicking on the “Pre-Call Test” button in the lower left corner of your screen once connected.
